Shipping Policy

At this time, Elemental Beverage Co. is only able to ship product within the continental United States. Shipments outside the United States - AK, HI other United States territories will be taken under consideration on a case by case basis. Please contact to inquire.

As our product is perishable and must be kept refrigerated, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Timetables

Please note our shipping windows. Orders placed Sunday-Wednesday will ship the following day and Orders placed on Thursday-Saturday will ship out on the following Monday. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Because our coffees must be refrigerated, you should be present/able to receive your order when it arrives.

Missing / Damaged Items

If your shipment is missing, please contact us and we’ll ship a replacement.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box so we can give feedback to our carrier partners.
