Shipping Policy

At this time, Elemental Beverage Co. is only able to ship product within the continental United States. Shipments outside the United States - AK, HI other United States territories will be taken under consideration on a case by case basis. Please contact sales@elementalbeverage.co to inquire.

As our product is perishable and must be kept refrigerated, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Timetables

Please note our shipping windows. Orders placed Sunday-Wednesday will ship the following day and Orders placed on Thursday-Saturday will ship out on the following Monday. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Because our coffees must be refrigerated, you should be present/able to receive your order when it arrives.

Missing / Damaged Items

If your shipment is missing, please contact us and we’ll ship a replacement.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box so we can give feedback to our carrier partners.
