Shipping Policy

At this time, Elemental Beverage Co. is only able to ship product to the United States. Shipments outside the United States and to the United States territories will be taken under consideration on a case by case basis. Please contact sales@elementalbeverage.co to inquire.

As our product is perishable and must be kept refrigerated, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Timetables

Please note our shipping windows. In order to ensure your coffees stay cold during shipping, we only ship on Mondays through Wednesdays, excluding holidays.  Orders placed by 2pm EST Mon-Wed will ship the same day. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will ship the following Monday. Because your coffees should be kept refrigerated for optimal enjoyment, you should be available to receive your order when it arrives. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS

Because our coffees must be refrigerated, you should be present/able to receive your order when it arrives.

Missing / Damaged Items

If your shipment is missing, please contact us and we’ll ship a replacement.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box so we can give feedback to our carrier partners.
